Datum is run by the people who price steel for a living. Fifteen years in structural steel commercial management — first inside two of the largest steel contractors in the UK and Ireland, then pricing and running steel packages for fabricators across Ireland, Britain and mainland Europe.
Datum exists because we priced the same building from scratch too many times. The range is eight buildings, engineered once and priced once, so the price is on the screen instead of three weeks away.
Not one of these buildings has been built. Every image on this site is a render and it stays labelled as one until there is a photograph to put in its place. First builds are 2027.
