Datum Steel Buildings. Full company details are stated on every written price. We are the data controller.
The details you enter on our quote or register-interest form: name, phone, email, postcode or Eircode, the building you are interested in, whether your base is ready, and optionally where you heard of us.
To price the building you ask about, reply to you, and tell you when buildings on our waiting list become available. We contact you only about that. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Datum and the partners who design, fabricate and erect our buildings, only as far as needed to price or deliver your building. We do not sell your details.
Up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent at any time: enquiries@datum-steel.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
