20 of 20 places still open · checked 25 October 2026

• Your price fixed in writing. In 3 working days, after we check the ground.
• Your place held, in order. The list is worked top down.
• First call when build slots open. Before anyone who joins later.

Nothing to pay and nothing owed. We are not taking build orders yet — first builds are 2027. The count above is the real one and we change it the day a place is held.

The first twenty are taken. You can still join the waiting list and we will come to you in order.
